When do pre-orders close?
Our Christmas pre-orders close at midnight on the 9th of December 2025. We are unable to accept any orders beyond this date.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You may cancel your pre-order on or before the 9th of December 2025. Once this date has passed, we are unable to cancel your order due to our production schedule.

Can I update the address on my pre-order?
You may make changes to your order up until the 9th of December 2025. Once this date has passed, we unfortunately cannot facilitate any changes to your order.
When will my pre-order be delivered?
Our delivery window for pre-orders is 20th-23rd of December 2025. You will be able to select a date between the 20th and 23rd of December at checkout (unless you have specific short shelf life items limiting delivery date availability like prawns). Y

Can I use discount codes from Vicsmeat.com.au?
Unfortunately, you cannot use discount codes/offers that are eligible on our normal vicsmeat.com.au website as our Christmas store and its products are a seperate offering operated by a separate system.
