When will my pre-order be delivered?Updated 7 months ago

Our delivery window for Pre-Orders is 18th-23rd of December 2023 (Up to 24th for SYD/MELB Metro). 

You will be able to select a date between the 18th and 23rd of December at checkout (unless you have specific short shelf life items limiting delivery date availability). 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message with your tracking link to be able to follow live tracking of your order.
